We honor your choice in making us one of your premier commision sponsors. Please understand that we reserve the right to terminate your account if we feel that the Terms & Conditions are not being met by your marketing practices. Termination of your account will result in the non-payment of any funds and a permanent blocking from our program and money-making opportunities. All marketing material at ForteCash.com is for the promotion of our paysites ONLY. Violators will be persued legally.

You must be 18 or 21 years of age, depending on your local jurisdiction, to participate in the ForteCash sponsor program.
Payments are mailed or wire transferred WEEKLY for our 3rd party billing agent CCBill. Please understand you will only be sent a check if your account has achieved the minimum commision of $25.00. Should this amount not be met it will remain in your account and carried over until that total is reached.
All payments will be made in US $ by check or wire transfer. After signing up you may call 1-888-906-0666 or email support@ccbill.com to have your payments sent to you by wire transfer instead of the default check payment. We reserve the right to alter payout rates with 3 days notice.
We reserve the right to cancel the ForteCash program at any time without notification. In such a case you will be notified immediately and will be paid for all commisions generated up to that time unless you have violated these rules.
ForteCash Banners must be severed from your server and can ONLY be used with ForteCash paysites. Any person or website promoting other programs or websites with our marketing material will be legally pursued.
All funds are paid by check or wire transfer in U.S. Funds by our 3rd party processor CCBill, the most accurate and timely processor on the internet. You will never miss a check.
ForteCash has ZERO-TOLERANCE for SPAMMING, cheating and unethical Internet business practices. This includes any and all outlets such as E-mail, IRC, news groups, Instant Messaging, etc. Any site Operator found to be utilizing any of the above mentioned, or other unethical Internet business practices will be terminated from our program without pay.
ForteCash does NOT, under any circumstances accept sites that endorse child pornography, bestiality and/or rape. Any hits and/or sales sent from sites like these will be TERMINATED WITHOUT PAY. You may not place banners or text links on ANY page that contains actual OR simulated depiction of bestiality, rape or child pornography. Additionally, you may not place our banners or link from pages which contain advertisements for bestiality, rape or child pornography. We will not do business with low-life webmasters!
There will be no compensation for technical dysfunction should it result in downtime or other inconveniences. In the case of termination of this agreement, affiliates will cease all use of our content, banners, graphics and logos on their sites. All marketing material is held under our exclusive copyright and we will legally pursue all violators of our copyright in an way, shape or form. Recurring commisions in the case of member reactivation will ONLY be paid out to affiliates while the Webmaster's account is ACTIVE. In the event that a Webmasters account is INACTIVE for any of the reasons included in these Terms & Conditions, the webmaster will not be paid.
You may post as much PenisHealth marketing material on your site as you wish. If you wish to create your own banners for use with our program, you must get our consent before doing so. You must only use the exact linking code we provide to send clicks to ForteCash websites.
